Key Responsibilities
Manage full recruitment process
for local and foreign workers.
Handle Work Permit, S Pass, and
Employment Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
Prepare monthly payroll, leave,
and attendance records
Ensure compliance with MOM
regulations and company HR policies
Coordinate staff training, safety
courses, and maintain records
Support employee welfare,
discipline, and HR documentation
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in HR or related
field
2–3 years of HR experience,
preferably in marine, construction, or engineering sectors
Familiar with MOM systems
(EPOL/WPOL)
Strong communication and
multitasking skills
