Payroll / Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities
  • Familiar with MOM’s rules and regulations on the Marine Shipyard Scheme terms and conditions, including the deductible and non-deductible of workers’ salaries
  • Skilled in computing payroll across 5 companies
  • Responsible for updating and keeping records of workers accomodation details and monitoring of TAs
  • Updating, Monitoring and Submitting of worker's deduction records
  • Assist Purchasing Officer with Inventory
Requirements
  • Diploma or GCE 'O' level
  • Ability to provide administrative and operational support to co-workers
  • Team player, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with tight timelines

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full recruitment process for local and foreign workers.
  • Handle Work Permit, S Pass, and Employment Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
  • Prepare monthly payroll, leave, and attendance records
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company HR policies
  • Coordinate staff training, safety courses, and maintain records
  • Support employee welfare, discipline, and HR documentation
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in HR or related field
  • 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in marine, construction, or engineering sectors
  • Familiar with MOM systems (EPOL/WPOL)
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
